nailpolish really is a waste of time for several reasons:

  1. most likely, you'll be the only one to notice them.
  2. they chip a little after a few days and you start obsessing over them and trying to do them again even though like i said in 1, most likely, you'll be the only one to notice them.
  3. boys don't notice them as much as they would notice your lacy panties, because he has more interest in what's under your panties than what's on top of your nails.
  4. they're a waste of money if you get them done at a salon.
  5. they smell terrible at the salon.
  6. on a more health-related issue, the nail polish vapour that you inhale into your lungs build up inside you, and because it's strong, if you sniff a lot of them regularly, they will start to dissolve your lungs.

what nail polish(es) do you use for that, pinkpixie? i think they look really good for a diy job :)
Thankyou! I'm quite pleased with them myself! :)

Umm, I used in order;
1. base coat (I just did 1 coat) --> Sally Hansen CLEARLY BUFF 2 Natural Beige
2. tips --> used nail tabs to line up on my nails
3. tip colour (I usually paint AT LEAST 2 coats) --> Manicare French white
4. Sealed (I usually do 2-3 coats; just cause I'm worried it'll chip! :)) --> Just used a clear polish prevent chipping as much as possible and make nails shiny! :p

Good luck! :)
