after reading posts on university, i'm getting the impression that people that pay full fee are kinda being discriminated against as being dumber, or having their daddy's pay their way through life.

and though this might be half true, is this really what life is like at uni? i'm seriously considering a full fee place if that is what it takes to law - what i've wanted for so long - but now i'm just scared! haha.

any insights please?

UAI has very little to do with your capability to handle law

In any case, think of it this way

Law at usyd is not necessarily more difficult at law at maq, yet a HECS place student at maq may not even make full fee at usyd, does this mean they're any less capable of completing their law degree?

And considering you have a passion for the subject, I'm sure you'll do well :)
