If I have a standard Galvanic cell, lead electrolyte sitting in lead nitrate and copper electrode sitting in copper nitrate. What three changes could be observed during the operation of the cell??

iron gets oxidised to Fe(2+) (aq) and therefore loses 2 electrons. copper ions in the solution of copper nitrate undergo reduction and gain these two electrons to form copper solid Cu(s).
Fe -> Fe(2+) + 2e(-)
Cu(2+) + 2e(-) -> Cu(s)
So:
-Lead Nitrate solution will turn greenish.
-A metal (copper) will deposite on the copper electrode
-Voltage (current) will be generated on the voltmeter
