I am having trouble answering this question if anyone could assist me with the answer and the reasoning behind it, would be of great help Thanks. The question is:
Which of the following chemicals would reduce Cu(2+....Ionic Charge) to Cu under standard conditions?
a) Sn(2+) is oxidised to Sn(4+)
b) Cl(-) is oxidised to Cl2
c) MnO4(-) is oxidised to Mn(2+)
This question can have more then one answer. Any help would be appreciated, Cheers.

to reduce Cu 2+ the species must be more active (or higher up/ closer to K+ <-> K) in the standard potential table...

none of the above are...
