I don't think it would matter too much. I'm going to be a year behind the law students, but I doubt there'll be any difference, besides the fact that I'll know how to navigate the university system (library, bureaucracy, essays, etc), - but you have to remember you'll be new with everyone else. The actual age difference won't mean squat.Dougie said:I'm on a GAP year at the moment in England, and was wondereing what it's like to come home and go to uni the year below everyone you know. Does it make any difference at all?
Oh, I should have clarified. The B Ancient History (Honours) degree came into existence last year. I wanted to do this combined with law, which meant that I don't do any law units till next year. I am the first person doing BAncHist/Law at macquarieDougie said:and anyway, i reckon i've learnt twice as much as them this year so far. have you taken the year off? what r u doing?

You have to go to Paris, and Skelleftea.Dougie said:1. too expensive on my budget
2. um... no, one reason's good enough
i'd love to, but the closest i could get was eastern europe. scandinavia is just harder to get to, and more expensive. and there is soooo much to see in europe. i don't know if i'm even going to get to paris, wouldn't that be terrible!
