Overall a good paper. The lack of projectile questions was a bit surpising. Do you know if you lose marks for writing too much? Like because you weren't concise enough or something?
Yes, it's possible. Especially if you have contradictions.

I was fairly happy with it. Much, much better than what I thought it would be, though there were a couple I found tricky.
The satellite question threw me off, so I just applied rocket stuff to the satellite and hopefully that'll be okay. If not...well...3 marks, ah well.
Nice way to end. :)

:) LOL omg i cant beleve their was an optionel question! like what loser would do that! trying to kiss ass or somthin
Please tell me you don't do physics.

it wasn't an optional question.
it was a few options - but you must pick one.

well you don't have to pick one if you dont want to.
but if you don't, that's 25 marks gone.

Astrophysics was easier this year than in most past years. All the options were.

I think he means the option of doing electricity distribution or the developments in space exploration.
Otherwise... :uhoh:

too many longer answer questions. I am hoping for 85+ raw mark, don't think i'll be far off. Astro was pretty standard except for longer response, ask for 6 marks on a 2 mark response. ohwell...

Damn, I'm so careless, I got the most simplist question wrong. I took Th-227 as Th-221 :'(

But everything else went quiet well. Overall happy.

Yeh it was the one where the secondary coil was all the way to the left. We have one of those at our school and we play with it all the time, so it was easy as for us. You could have argued that the other one could have sparked as well, but that's a bit flimsy.

It was obviously A...

You could see from the diagram that the primary coil only extended out a certain length, so Arrangement B wasn't even OVER the primary coil, so how could a current be induced in the secondary to cause a spark between in the electrodes?
