I remember the BStats assignment you could do in a group of 1 hehe, so I did that coz I couldnt be bothered with a group in that subject coz I didnt know anyone since it was 3rd year, 2nd semester, I didnt go to most of my tutorials. Was funny, because I got the highest mark in my tutorial for the assignment which I did the weekend before, lol.
Awesome Jase haha
My group I think we have 6 (inc me), i think thats the max. Lol high demand!
But yeah we'll c how that goes all business law people- 4 girls and 2 guys.

but last time i got 4 business law people together who only knew me and they didn't know each other for the MPO assignment that was tragic lol
The marketing assignment similar thing happened with diff people.
From that marketing group I'm only working with one person, and that person was also in the original MPO group, the rest I've never worked with before

Hope it goes alrite this time

mpo text book is the epitome of boredom =(
Don't bother reading it :p You'll end up getting a) confused to what the hell some parts are trying to say, b) fall asleep as you said and/or c) get an understandable version if you attend lectures and write as many notes as you can.

However, the textbook is helpful for the assessments, and you will probably need to know bits and pieces of it in the final exam. Personally though, I felt I wasted many hours reading it.

On a side note, I bought my textbooks yesterday. Yay. All up I've spent $~230 on textbooks this semester and that's only for 2 subjects. I'm behind in the readings and such too since I only got them this week. I hate still being in holiday mode :(

Didn't you listen to tutor joe. Groups with 5-6 people fuck it up most of the time.

I agree with joe, you shouldn't have chosen MPO as your business elective.

Thirded :D

DON'T buy the Compendium of Games yourself. Get a group of people to buy one and photocopy each page you need each week. It is a waste of money and you'll stop feeding that vicious monster money.

On another note, I was invited to attend the Honours Information Session for the Accounting Honours Program. Not sure if I want to do it though..sounds really good but at the same time doesn't sound like something I really want to do. And there's a 24cp thesis in there too *shudders*

By the end of your degree you probably won't feel like going to uni for another year to do the honours program.
