do u think we need to know a lot on them? apparently one yr, it was completely based on them...

My geo teacher said they tend to focus on the second half of the syllabus. She also said that they hadn't done issues as the extended response in ages - which could mean it will be this year or it could be population/human rights again...

You need to know all the dot points on the syllabus on one of the issues - you should have studied two but my teacher said if you are stretched for time in learning just learn the one you did as a RAP backwards. They can not ask for any specific issue as the syllabus gives schools a choice...

Here is the syllabus for issues:

– the geographical processes relevant to the
issue
– the perceptions of different groups about
the issue
– individual, group and government
responses to the issue
– decision-making processes involved in
the management of the issue
– management of the issue and implications
for sustainability, social justice and equity
