Getting ACT licence (1 Viewer)

I've moved to uni in Canberra, and was wondering how you can obtain an ACT licence? Can you get one, even if you live on a university campus?

2. Do you currently hold a driver's licence/previously obtained one
3. Why would uni stop you from getting a drivers licence?
