Getting hired after Work Experience (1 Viewer)

Have you ever done upaid work experience for a store/organisation and was later offered a paid postion in their staff?

Say for example, you worked at a popular store and the manager sees potential in you. If you were an excellent sales assistant, is there a chance they'd hire you after your Work Placement ends?

They've done it at my work. I know at least three people that got hired after they did work experience.
