does anyone have good notes on Global Environment?? i have an assessment to do on the effectiveness of the legal system in responding to changes in community values in terms of protecting the global environment..

Global Environment

i did an assessment on this once. you just talk about the accessibilty, enforceability and try and link that 2 the community values. Community values differ because u may be asked to refer to the international community as well as the community within a nation state. Discuss hard law and soft law and say how effective they are. also provide case studies, legislations etc. i hope that helped. sry if ive confused you .
