I just got a job at gloria jeans strathfield, and im starting my training next week monday from 11 - 2 pm, what do u expect in the training? Thank you~~`

I dont work at a gloria or anywhere simliar but l assume how to make my coffee and smile at me.

I'm curious how much training is required... from what I heard when newbies start at GJ's they don't get to touch any coffee making machines but instead focus on the other aspects of running a cafe (i.e. cleaning) and some of the cold drinks.
