Go to gmail.com and notice how the quota is increasing indefinitely. I have no idea why you'd need 2GB. Maybe you're famous and get a fuckzillion fan mails daily!

i used up about 50 mbs only of my hotmail account. cant see using up 2000+ mbs

Hmm im currently using about 500mb. I might get to 2GB in another 2 years time. It would be nice to have my entire archive of email avaliable then without having to delete them each time i get a new one.

But yeah its indefinately increasing. And they can do that beacuse hardly anybody will actually use that space. Its like the 1 Terabyte email thing. They dont need to have hardware to cater for 1TB for each user, cause nobody utilises the full amount. Its in name only...
