I possess good quality notes for the aforementioned subjects.

Physics:
Sherman Siu (doing double-degree medicine at USyd, band 6, 2011) (Q2Q option)
Chem:
Jaqueline Van Lai (doing double degree medicine at USyd, State rank: 1st, 2009) (no option)
Biology:
Jason Jeganathan (doing double degree medicine at USyd, State rank: 9th, 2009) (no option)
Friend of mine who got 99+, band 6, and doing actuarial studies (no option)

Note: current degrees of those above were disclosed were to exemplify ATAR, and therefore how good the notes are.
