I have been lookign at the Lifestyle Centre website and i cant find whether they have lockers for you to keep your stuff in while you exercise and whether there are showers to use after, i assume there must be but i was wondering if someone could confirm this for me.

Also is there any extra fee associated with using either of these?

yeah they have lockers and showers. they give you a swipe card that acts as a locker key and entry into the gym section

man compared to other commercial gyms 55 bux a month is pretty cheap. for fitness first it costs around 1500 for the whole yr and thats at a discount bundled price. you do the math. this fee ends up being a bargain, but clearly the facilities or equipment wudnt be as good. then again, same shit diff smell.

it's a pretty standard gym, but you get what you pay for really. the showers are pretty yuck.

55 bux a month is expensive...
the average gym charges around 400 a year (roughly 30 a month)
macq uni gym charges 33 a month (or 370 a year)
fitness first is just a massive ripoff
