Hey all HSC 2007 ppl!!!,

Lol i'm doing VCE but i posted here cos the VCE forum is a bit dead :( Anywayz i wanted to know wat study methods ppl employ to learn big chunks of theory. Such as the stuff in chem. Most ppl would automatically respond with something like writing out the notes repetitvely...but don't u guys think its a bit time consuming?!?! Anyways shoot us some suggestions :)

Good luck with ur HSC this year!!!!!

I see you're a Liverpool fan. How does it feel when you're team lost to Arsenal in the Carling Cup and FA Cup? :p

Make notes and read them before you sleep is a good study method. :)

Anyway, good luck with your VCE.

heya, pick out the most important bits and summarise them? Dot point always works for something that has alot of theory to it.

:uhhuh: Yeah I guess that's about it basically. Read, summaries and revise. It'll stop you from going into a microsleep.

Then again someone ubber smart is going to come along and think of another way and we're all going to be like 'lol, why didn't we do that!"

Shrink to the absolute basics, then expand, apparently.
As in summarise the information, and then attempt to regurgitate the info out again based on the summaries?? Please explain.

Get the basics right first, know them all, and then add onto that basic information the information necessary to fully answer the question, syllabus dot point, whatever.
Lol, that makes sense to me now. :)

Right, :p

Adding above, explaining it to other people might help. You find out how much you know and they can add to what you know or say it in a totally different and more understandable way.
