It's just the rest of the cohort that I'm worried about. Only a couple of people passed for Biology, and the results of 2U maths says everything about our grade. Someone even got 4%...

ouch, wouldnt that pull everyone down.. alot?
Sometimes i wish some of the people with low marks who are in my classes would just disappear, but that is unlikely now... or is it? *evil thoughts*

^Hmm maybe. Some of the people in our grades shouldn't even be there. They come to school to bludge, and are being forced to come by their parents when most of them want to get an apprenticeship.

Yeh, there really isnt an advantage of people who dont try still be in yr 12.
Either they bludge and bring everyone down, or they are miraculously smart and beat you and make u miss 0.5 off ur UAI. But i doubt the latter would ever happen, lets hope not.
In the end they will always take up space in the canteen lines.... damn it!:mad1:

Dang, you serious ?
Not that I can talk.
I (along with half my class) didn't pass the general maths half yearly, I ranked roughly halway in our class.
Apparently for chemistry at our school, all but one student failed, with the top marks being a little over 50%.

I go to a pretty terrible school, heres an example of maths:

Aaron( me ): Howed you go in maths mate?
Friend: I got 9, howed you go?
Me: I got 81 percent.
Friend: Out of what?

EDIT: THAT WAS SO FUNNY.

That sounds like a conversation I had with my mum just before. I was trying to trick her into thinking I failed my hospitality exam (which I had told her was the exact same from last year and I had previously got into the 90s for)

ME: Mum, Norto said today that I only got 16% on my hospo exam.
MUM: What ?
ME: I only got 16% on my hospo exam.
MUM:Out of what ?
ME: Uh.. 100% ?
MUM: Oh.

Oh the shame.

Just had my last exam, Maths Extension. Think I did pretty good, apart from one simple question on circle geometry and another on differentiating something using binomial theorem...apart from that, I did ok. =]

I'll be stoked if I pass all my exams. *cough* 4 Unit *cough*
