I have my ext2 half yearly in 4 hours Complex Numbers, Conics, Polynomials, Hard 3U

How are you guys going with Half Yearly Exams?

ive done my half yearly
well i wouldn't call it an half yearly just a normal assessment.
It was just on Curve sketching and polynominals
Didn't go as well i hoped...i kind of went blank in the test. gotta learn from my mistakes. =/

Im gonna kill my teacher!!!

5 Main questions, 2 parts each, and 5 questions to each part.
Most questions were proofs...!!!!!!

2 Hours

That was way harder than the textbook (Arnold) and HSC questions.

Okies, next week I'm planning to get 100 in 3 subjects.. :uhhuh:

How was Ext1? We gotta know trig (easy), Integration (fairly easy) and Induction (boring). And hard 2U.. I'm aiming for 100, but probably get high 90's..

as for me... i hope i get like 70% or something

our test was hard.... or mayb i didn't study enough

the 2 U people haven't done time payments and interest and that so that was in our exam 2day for 3U... argh! totally blacked out on it... we had to derive it n stuff n i was just blanked! aya... imma study hard for ext 2 now, try make up for loss of marks in 3 U....

No its just that I got 97 for trig / newtons / bisection assessment task, so I should go well.. First time being assessed on 3u Int and Induction. Already did my 2 Unit, but that was 8 questions and standard HSC style, so I hope I get > 90 for that.

I like freaked out in 4U and went blank so angry bout dat.

i bombed out bad!

48% (raw) *panic*

the test was really hard, arnold our teacher said it was the hardest one she had set at the school, which helped:mad1:

top mark was 56%, i came 4th overall out of 10.

i made some silly mistakes, cost me 20% in the end.

i dont want to drop 4u

plus i crammed the work in the night b4, so i know i can improve if i work hard throughout the yr

My teacher made my 4u exam in the format of the HSC exam (with even tougher time constraints). It had 5 questions and two hours to do them. The last q was quite hard with harder 3u (even though i havn't done harder 3u yet). I'm expecting about 80% (hopefully i didn't make too many stupid mistakes while rushing through).

They didn't let us take the q paper home. They give it to us when we get our results back next term. I'll scan q's and sol's and give it to bos, and also post the link on forum.. But sorry I could not help with your Half Yearly

I have my exam tomorrow... I am scared. I hope i PASS. I don't care if someone beats me by 15 marks. My aim is to pass considering every bit of study I did was last minute. Failing this one isn't the be all and end all becoz you know that this wasn't your best effort so it's all good!

it was my last exam and i SO could not be bothered.,. it was like on a friday afternoon.. end of exam week.
