interesting song featuring jamie cullum and john oates in it...

"Greatest Mistake"

It's very mellow... sounds very robbie williams sounding... that's all I've heard from Handsome Boy Modelling School.

Overall, nice.

i don't mind what i've heard of it on jjj..

they'll play the whole album through at 3am on friday morning..you probably should double check that..but they did that with lior last week..and i'd say it's a constant thing they do with all feature albums..

White people. Black people.

Never heard of the band, and Im not a fan of Jack Johnson, but Ill be sure to check out the song with Mike Patton. See where I go from there.

The 'norah jones' type girl you speak of is indie songstress Cat Power aka Chan Marshall...and she is by no means anything like Norah Jones, she's been around for ages!

Anyway the album is good! The song with Alex Kapranos, and the song with Chan Marshall are the standout tracks!!!

I dont think he was joking - CD stores usually stock a lot more than what you see on the racks.

You're a gronk sometimes.

Deltron and the Prince Paul De La albums have some of the best production ever. Isn't it you that loves Sage Francis, Busdriver, El-P etc

i don't really like el-p, though some of his production is 'interesting' i guess

i didn't say anything bad about dan/paul's production. i thought 'how's your girl...' had its moments, but this new one just struck me as really lame. probably cause of jack johnson/cat power or whatever
