I haven't gone through prelim and hsc English but are you just yapping for 1600 words? Also, what pen do you use?

No I’m not just yapping lol, I’m actually saying stuff. Despite my word count, my teachers have commended me for never waffling and always being succinct and direct.

I use a Parker Ballpoint pen

I think that's possible although my input may be bias because for this term, I'm writing 1600 words in 40 minutes, which I can do since I've timed it. Realistically, maximum for you should be 1200. Time yourself though and see how you go!
