I am not aware of any of my Lecturers coming from prestigious Universities but I don't really pay much attention. I know one of them used to work at the United States Treasury though.

omg thats so true. I have some fancy schmancy lecturers with higher degrees from harvard, yale, cornell etc etc and they can't teach a concept to save their life. Intelligence is one thing but the gift for teaching is a completely different story.

Exactly, the best lecturer I've ever had has never been out of the University of Newcastle system, he shits all on some of the ones that have been to the "prestigious" universities.
