What are some of the hardest or most obscure physics syllabus dot points? Ones that the majority of students would struggle with.

I think:
the relationship between thought and reality
measurements of the standard meter
solar cells and photocells
Einstein and Planck's differing views
the shortcomings in technology which led to invention of transistor

are some of the weirdest and often missed points in the syllabus

yeah those are the ones i tend to neglect but thanks for making a list of things for me to read over

That frame of reference shit messes with your head so much when you're learning it.
I was ok with that stuff (I enjoyed trippy flash games that messed with FoR). Motors and generators messed with me hard. Took me days just to figure out Lenz Law questions worked.

I hope they don't ask about the pendulum experiment (1st page of syllibus dot points)
