it says wait 72 hours btu 5 days? dont count weekends but still 5 days???
call the uni up on 1800 897 669, you can ask them but dont call them during peak, call them in early morning and late after non so wither after 9pm or close to 4.30-5.00, operating hours are 9-5 weekdays. they have the power to look into student records but just tell them what has happened and dont confuse them or you wont get anything sorted out.
