NO it will no be rising for 2005.

However it will be up for review in 2006 for 2007.

i don't understand why people are so concern about the Hecs debt anyway... i mean, you don't start paying it until you start to make a decent amount of income ($35000), plus it gets taken out as tax so you won't really notice it as much

Yeah, that's what i thought. The focus is admission...I mean, you'd be so much better off with a degree anyway. But still, I dont mind not paying a 25% increase!

Also, I dont know what everyone complains about with all that, and then the GSF!!!! our GSF is waaaayyyyy small compared to UNSW or MacUni. Theirs is like 400 a semester and ours about 200 all year... and then they complain about hecs.. and most of them do arts.. so its the lowest amount and they are deferring it all.. they had the option of doing it... I swear, young people these days. Ungrateful so and sos
