I have this practise question where i dont really know how to answer, wondering if anyine in here could help a brother out , anywho here it is,

Explain an advantage of using domestic mechanisms to protect human rights with reference to an example. (4 Marks)

Advantage: Enforceability.
Explain: how domestic law are enforceable by police, in comparison with IL.
Example: i can't think of one off the top of my head, sorry.

Well, examples ... you could refer to racial discrimination. If someone has experienced racial discrimination they could head towards the Anti-Discrimination Board to put forth a complaint ... although discrimination is kinda hard to prove.

Hmm ... not a very good example. Sorry.
