Are "over use" injuries "soft tissues and Hard tissues injuries" common in hundred meter sprinter ?

soft tissues are for endurance athletes
hard tissues are for sprinting exercises ie.100m sprints
overuse injuries are not common as they are usually for endurance events

soft tissue injuries are more likely than hard tissue as they occur from an internal force. hard tissue injuries are more common in contact sports as they occur usually as a result of an external force
