when it says one secondary source n one primary source what does it mean?...and one can be described as being a s4ec source and a prim source??

Hmmmmm perhaps you should drop modern right now as suggested. Anyway:
- Primary Source: Was made at the time of the event, e.g. a newspaper article about WWI written in 1915.
- Secondary Source: Was made after the event took place, e.g. a textbook on WWI or a biography on Speer published in 2000.

It depends on context also.
