i wanna major in math for science and psychology for arts
Hi!

Have a look here for Science/Arts 3930.

http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/programs/2015/3930.html

It tells the list of majors, courses, rules, UoC etc.

You can most definately major in Mathematics for Science, but I'm not too sure about Psychology for Arts - as it didn't mention this in the handbook.

From what I see here - it's only an option within Science, not Arts.

For Math (Science): http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/plans/2015/MATHM13930.html

For Philosophy (Arts): http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/plans/2015/PHILC13930.html

For this Semester, you should pick:
- ARTS1361 (Intro to Philosophy)
- MATH1131/MATH1141 (Maths 1A/Higher Maths 1A)

You have 2 subjects left to choose, in which you can pick an Arts minor (ie: english, history, german studies or whatever interest you) or use these 2 subjects as Science electives (so other science subjects other than maths, ie: chemistry, aviation, physics, biological sciences)

Yep Physics and Computer Science seems like good electives. Have you actually thought about which ones though?

For Computing, most people pick either COMP1911 (Computing 1A) or COMP1917 (Computing 1). Both are introduction to C language but COMP1917 is more intensive than COMP1911. Both don't require prior programming knowledge though.

Same with Physics. PHYS1121 (Physics 1A) or PHYS1131 (Higher Physics 1A) depending on your love for physics. you could also choose PHYS1111 (Fundamentals of Physics) which very easy (i did it last year) and pretty much just a revision of HSC physics without the theory.
