I have had a complete BLANK on how to write a business report..
If anyone has any useful websites on how to write a business report or a sample business report it would be greatly appreciated

I don't think there's a particular format which everyone follows. I'm not too sure as to what is the suggested one. But it depends on what the exam questions asks of you.

But this is what my teacher said usually gets good marks (this is the general idea I believe)

Title page
Index
Executive summary
Main headings which supports your answer to the question
Conclusion (apparantly some say this is not necessary, but yeah, ask your teacher)
