• The nature of the problem

• Extent of the problem (trends)

• Risk Factors

• Social Determinants

• Groups at risk

That is an essay that I have to prepare is anybody able to help me with structure and so forth?

Then you can basically summarise the infor under the points that you have.
After that, it should be easy to put it into essay form - just follow the dotpoints u have there.

structure would be:

-intro
-body
-conclusion

in the 'body' you should probably have 5 paragraphs - one for each of the dot points you mentioned above. each paragraph should contain a statement, then an explanation/expansion and finally some examples to relate it back to the statement.
