i was just doing revision and gotta lots of questions to ask

Ex1. a train travels at 10m/s around a bend shaped in the arc of a circle of radius 100m
a) Calculate the resualtant force acting on the train
b)Calculate the centripetal force acting on the train
in this case, are the resultant force and centripetal force the same?

ahhh... I think you should maybe do your own work... if you after help, why don't you try and figure it out yourself, post your answers, and then let other people tell you if they agree that they are correct, or why they think they're not...
