What are the techniques of dialogue can some one please tell me before tomorrows trial much appreicated .thanx

The techniques would include:

Register - appropriate style of language to suit the audience and context.

Devices - eg cliche, colloquial languauge, irony, jargon, sarcasm, slang, tone of voice.

Verbal & non-verbal signs - volume, pace, pauses in speech, stance of character, eye contact, gestures, facial expressions.
