anyone know any like NGO, government, self help or informal responses to health and nutritionm

The WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION is found in many cities such as Lagos, Mumbai and Mexico City, thats a fairly obvious one, there is also, the health policy in place in Shanghai. Orangi Pilot Plot program also devles into this as for it provides and education and one of those is on personal health, nutrition and hygiene.
