hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me with my eng assessment that's coming up. I'm not sure how i can start study for it. This task is based on Module C: Into the world, about phases, transitions and growing up.

The task is:
"You will be watching a sequence of scenes from a film twice, during which you may take notes. Then you will be asked to respond in writing to a set question. You will need to describe and explain the relationships among the two texts including your focus text: The simple gift"

I know i'll need to start watching some movies and practice taking notes and look for phases and transitions in characters. But what kinds of techniques should i look for in visual texts? and any other ideas on this topic?
