for the dialogue i use the book Lord of The Flies by William Golding.

i found an interesting dialogue but the problem is that i don't know what this is called ...

"You would, would you, Fatty?"

and

"You shut up, you fat slug!"

what is the technique of using fatty and fat slug is called ?

i know what the technique is used for [to make someone feel inferior, condescending, etc etc] but i don't know what the technique is called ...

any help posted here will be extremely appreciated :)
