yeah, it worked again. phew, i was worried that i wouldn't be able to access my results, but you can also access them from the Board of Studies website. Then again, why would I want my results?

You do realise that Students Online and the Board of Studies are one in the same, don't you?

When you connect to Students Online you'll notice bosho.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/* at the bottom.
If Students Online ever goes down, (unintentionally), chances are BOS (Board) won't work either.

The same would apply to the 'old' website,

HSC Results
www.hscresults.nsw.edu.au

No, because you can only visit the Alternate Server, which happens to be Students Online.
