Help with this exchange rates essay question (1 Viewer)

I'm currently writing this essay:
Discuss the effects of an appreciation of the Australian dollar on Australia’s internal and external stability.

I have only 700 words and I've run out of things to talk about.
I have a paragraph on economic growth, unemployment, inflation, BOGS and debt/ valuation effect.
What else should I include?
I read the notes from the marking centre for this question, and it suggests I talk about government policy, but how could i integrate that and what could I say about it?

Have you talked about causes of the appreciation of the Australian dollar such as Australia's narrow export, commodities? What about the effects of appreciation on trade? For example, the appreciation of the Australian dollar would mean higher export prices which is usually accompained by high interest rates. As a result, Australia's international competitiveness would decrease and there would be higher TOT. Things about trade. please answer mine?
