Hey,
Im doing an assignment on the international convention on the regulation of whaling and i was hoping someone would be able to help me! I have to find the countries that are signitories to this convention, i have found this however one website (wikipedia) says 42 countries have signed, another webiste says 39 countries, and another website says 54. Does anyone know the correct answer.

Pick the 54, it would definately be the most up to date.

and remember. japan (and all the little islands it bought) are not on it. god dAmn them
