looken at 2003 past paper and they say to describe specifically the role of geophyscicts in nuclear test ban treaties but in sylalabus it says we only need to known only one of either nuclear test bans or environmental hazards

so do we need to know boht or not?

The syllabus says:
"describe the role that geophysicists have played in the following:
-monitoring nuclear test ban treaties
-natural hazard reduction"

We have to know both, if your syllabus says otherwise get a new one because if it's out date in that part chances are it's out of date in other places.
