Yeah i do agree with you

but do you think if i just write a plain script I will not be able to get a good mark because its plain,

what are your thoughts?

I think it's just as important that you're not overly ambitious at first.
Perhpas start with a 'plain script' and then once you have your story line etc, research into thngs that could possibly enrich it, [thingsi mentioned before.. mythology.. extended metaphors etc..]
Good to have something to work with first :)
Possibly, write up a couple of drafts, and then once youre satisfied with plot and character development, work a bit more on the concept..

but i do understand where you are coming from- wanting the philosophical arguements to base your concept on...
