i think i got this one right, but the teacher says its wrong
so... here's the question

Rose is paid $10.35 per hour welding bins. If it is over 30 degrees celcius, she is paid an extra $6.50 per day. Find he pay for a 35-hour week with 2 days over 30 degrees celcius.
ANSWER = $375.25

here's my method:

1) 10.35 x 33 = 341.552) 10.35 + 6.50 = 16.85 x 2 = 33.7
(10.35 = normal pay)
(6.50 = extra pay)
(2 = days over 30 degrees)
3) 341.55 + 33.7
= $375.25

am i wrong or right :confused:
just wanna get this off my chest:sleep:

I got an answer of $375.25, but this is what i did.

1) $10.35 x 10 =$362.25
2) $6.50 x 2 = $13.00
3) $362.25 + $13.00 = $375.25

I think thats right, but i don't know.

What did ur teacher say was the answer?
