could i transfer from biz/law uts.. to com/law unsw?
cause i haven't heard of anyone do it..

You could, it's just like any other NRSL transfer. You go through UAC and ask them to transfer you, they look at your scores etc and say yay or nay. As for credit for your subjects you'd have to ask UNSW if they'll credit your first year UTS subjects to their course, allowing you to proceed as if you'd completed first year BComm/LLB at UNSW.
