i have no idea whats so ever on how to study for this subject. On top of that the questions i get in tests, are even harder. And our teacher is trash

pdhpe is probably the easier subject to self-study for

I recommend creating study notes, and starting it now (and creating study notes as you go through each topic).

Since PDHPE is a syllabus subject, base the study notes on each syllabus point.

Also do you have Atomi? It explains things really well, and gives easier questions (stepping stone before doing exam questions).
