hey! im doing a short report on john f. kennedy and his role in the cold war. i need some historin's views on JFK's relation to the cold war. so if somebody could throw some quotes my way or direct me in the way of some i would be really grateful. cheers. peace

In the 1959s the competition with the SU spread beyond Europe to Asia, Africa and Latin America. For the US it was consistently a conflict of creeds, of systems, and one on which America’s own security was seen to depend.
