Attention: Students who are transferring courses for Spring 2005 If you have received written approval for course transfer this will be processed between July 18 and August 5. Your new units will be processed by July 20 to allow tutorial registration to occur. Your tutorial registration will remain when your course is transferred.


do u think it means that if you haven't recieved written approval of transfer by now then that means u didnt get the transfer??

I mentioned seeing this notice in another thread, I assumed that it meant anyone who hadn't heard was unsuccessful, but with UWS you never can tell. So the only thing you can do is prepare for the units you are currently enrolled in, and worry about changing things around if you do receive confirmation later. Is there anyone who has received confirmation on a transfer? From what I'm hearing no one has, if some one has if they could let us know, that would be great. A lot of people would have a better idea of where they stand then.

i would think that people who arent successful still would recieve a letter saying so??? I remember eading how someone 3rd year or something applied for transfer before and they got a big yellow envelope saying that didnt get in?

I would think you would receive confirmation either way, although I'm not sure having never tried to transfer, you would think so though. Maybe that would come later after the acceptances though, I suppose the only thing you can do is wait and see, until someone in the know can tell you something more definite.

bahaha, why would UWS bother sending a letter out to you telling you that you haven't got your transfer.

Mind you, they don't mind sending like 5 HECS invoices during one semester

Maybe Australia Post lost all the letters

i rang the chick in charge of admissions and she said that nothins been sent out yet at least that means i dont have to stress until i actually find out

well as soon as i said i was callin about my guarenteed transfer status she interupts my sentence and goes 'results arent out yet so i cant check that' so im assuming maybe tommorow?? im not sure she had a bit of a 'i dont give a shit hurry up' tone.
