So how much homework has everyone got for these holidays, and how are you going with it?
Well this is what ive got:
English
46 questions on the novel Cloudstreet by Tim Winton
2 essay questions
Assessment Task due week 2 next term

Maths
2 exercises
revision

Food technology
Assessment task due week 5 next term (same time as my trials)
5 title pages

Business Studies
3 sheets of questions
Assessment Task due first week back

Retail
revision sheets

Plus for all subjects i have to update summary notes and start studying for my trials. And why do they call it a holiday...i need the HSC to be over so i can get a life!! lol

Major Minor English Book- the castle of otranto,
write notes
start writing oral
think of creative ideas
write a practise essay

Physics
Write up a summary of development of atom
buy a new book and copy all the notes across

Chem
read chapter on ethene and do questions
application and research on rust and ship wrecks

UNYC
research country
write up all notes
buy winter clothes (hey I'm lazy!)

DoE
write report
sign things off and hand in

UMAT
study sections one and two like crazy
do at least 6 practise exams


wow... I have a lot to do... I'll start on monday...

lol we didnt get any ...
but yeah we all have our own revision to do anyway , so i guess thats homework in itself then xD

we didnt really get much homework,
we got the make sure you have a little break and then get into your studying and such so we can be prepared for many inclass assessments which are spread over the first 3 weeks back, and the trials which are in week 5.


so its kind of a busy holidays adding to revision notes and such.

Eeep.
I have English homework mainly which consists of Imaginative Writing on Journeys for a Young People's Short Story book and an essay on Bladerunner/Brave New World

I also have to finish my canvases..since my body of work is due at the end of August 0_0

Writing pratice history essays, because being a student of english I'm way too emotive when it comes to history..."it took two to tango in the lead up to ww2", "Hitler just needed a hug man."

That happens for me in Biology, though not because of English. "Maurice Wilkins was an arrogant and sexist bastard who could not stand to bear a woman finding the structure of DNA before he did. He, being the scum of English society that he is, stole the results of Rosalind Fra... etc etc."

Of course, I crossed it all off before handing it in for marking.

4 Assesments to do. H/work - Essay scaffolds and dot point summary for each of english modules + analysis of The Tempest , Music portfolio, chapter of math.

And then just general study and trial revision

how funny is that...

well no homework as such but...

english :
catchup on speech analysises [whoops.]
prepare for assessment in week 2.

english extension :
write notes on all texts
find and analyse more related texts

japanese :
learn all prescribed and recognition kanji [so screwed]
and sentence structures

japanese extension :
read prescribed text
do that work on the issues

modern history :
umm... dunno. a lot of stuff i'm guessing seeing as though i'm failing :(

business studies :
a shitload of syllabus notes. started today. 3.5 hours worth. got bored. and so here i am.

oh and a japanese ecomposition every sencond day a;ternating between continuers and extension. someone shoot me please... :bomb:
