seeing that were deep into the holidays now, what have you people actually accomplished in forms of study?

i have:
-written most of my business studies notes
-written notes for SOR2, still long way to go
-started reading up on one of my sources for my history ext major work
spent the rest procrastinating or catching up on sleep xD

still have to:
-do huge maths revision
-cont. writing modern history notes and do hw
-cont. finding and reading sources for major work.
-find related text for english

- Finished reading Cloudstreet for English
- Some maths revision
- Written up some of my Physics dot points and moved onto the next topic

I've still got to:

- Read ahead for Anc. Hist.
- Write up and read ahead for Bus. Stud.
- Write notes for Anc. Hist.
- Read two related texts and write draft essay for English

For some reason, I feel as though I've only got a week left till school...

I've only worked on maths so far, just revised and learnt a couple of new topics. I still need to read my english texts, and do notes/revise phys, chem and eco.

My motivation is to get ahead, because I've been warned by friends who have just done their hsc that there is very little time to finish all the topics, especially in 4 unit maths.

It's hard work though.

Air conditioning, wooo!

I'm starting to get back to work - on maths at the moment, though I'm planning to have some Chem and Physics done by the end of the holidays. Just finished up integration by substitution, and now moving on to exponential and logarthmic functions. I want to finish as much of the 2-unit course now as can. so I have more school time to work on 4-unit, assuming that I keep it. My maths teacher left, and he was easily the best teacher I've ever had...

By the end of last term, we were half-way through Financial Planning and Management, so I'm going to finish this topic and move onto Marketing! What about you?

LOL I haven't done anything for the past 5 days... Only because I was in Melbourne! I was going to start studying again today, but I woke up to 40+ degrees, so that plan went down the drain!

I'll restart tomorrow!

Nothing beats starting the year of with a good productive study session, start the year of the way you want to end it during the HSC. Good luck to those who are yet to study or complete assignments etc may you find a new found motivation now that the new year has begun.
