Q: identify and describe the similarities and differences between positive and negative feedback systems

negative feeback- um the response is negative (opposite to the stimuli)

now guess what positive feedback is

negative is more commonly used in the human body, while positive is almost never used

negative feedbak is when the feed back tries to contain the level of a substance at a certain optimum level... therefore the level of the substance alternates around optimum level...

postive feedbak is when the feedbak promotes further identical feedbaks to happen... it is not that much used in human body i fink...

phew i was getting worried they hadnt taught me positive feedback...

edit: i am surprised i havent taught myself it since our teacher says the same thing every lesson "i think you can do that dot point by yourselves at home."

It's because all the positive feedback systems are too sexy - breastfeeding, sexual arousal, pregnancy hormones as timmy said. And we don't need the kiddies knowing about those, now do we?
