Hoping to get into medicine, is it plausible with these marks? (1 Viewer)

I'm in year 11, and I know it is a probably a great deal easier than year 12, but using this can anyone tell me if they think I can make it into medicine:
Maths Extension 1: 98% Rank 1.
2u Maths: 100% rank 1.
Advanced English 92% Rank 1
Extension english 86% rank 2 (Will be dropping in exchange for ext 2 maths in year 12)
Physics 100% rank 1
Biology 100% rank 1
Chemistry 93% rank 1
My school is ranked something like 400
These are the marks I recieved on my half yearly report.

Yes, as long as these marks continue into year 12 medicine will be possible. Medicine is incredibly competitive make sure that this is something you really want to do

Yeah, I've thought about it quite a bit. My biggest concern other than that was UMAT. I've heard many high achieving students have failed to get into medicine on account of their poor UMAT performance..

Definitely plausible. Just because you go to a low ranked school, doesn't mean your chances are limited at all

Med is possible. Like people above say, come back in year 12. The only thing that carries on from prelim pretty much maths and like <5% of ur prelim physics/chemistry is useful in year 12 iirc
