and i've cleared history, deleted cookies, deleted TIf's (offline aswell)

whats ticked under Microsoft JVM? in the Advanced tab?

only JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart)

Clearing the cache will not help you. You need to disable a setting in advanced internet options "tools - internet options - advanced" the setting is called "Disable Script Debugging" make sure that box is checked.

Then apply settings, then close IE, then restart your pc. Then try logging into hotmail.

That should do the trick
